Movil' APP
Your company has the opportunity to recruit apprentices aged 16-29, levels 3 and 4, as well as recent graduates from all levels (starting their apprenticeship training within one year of graduation). The duration of apprenticeship varies depending on the program chosen, typically over a two-year period. In certain exceptional cases, this period may be reduced to 6 months or extended up to 3 years, or even 4 years for disabled workers.
The apprentice’s working time is equivalent to that of other employees in the firm. The employer is obliged to allow the apprentice to participate in the vocational theory courses, this time being included in the actual working time and paid accordingly.
Working conditions:
The employment contract is concluded either on a limited term or on an indefinite term basis.
When concluded under a contract of indefinite duration, the contract begins with an apprenticeship period of equal duration to the cycle of training followed, without calling into question the special protection enjoyed by the apprentice during his period of theoretical and practical training.
At the end of the apprenticeship period, the contractual relationship between employer and employee will be governed by the provisions of the labour code relating to permanent employment under ordinary law, with the exception of those relating to the probationary period.
Where the contract is of limited duration, it is carried out over the duration of the training cycle leading to the diploma or title concerned.
Apprentice remuneration:
The apprentice is considered as an employee within the host company and is therefore subject to the same rules as other employees (compliance with laws, regulations, collective agreements, etc.). If the apprentice is a minor, the specific provisions applicable to young workers also apply to him.
* As a percentage of the minimum wage
EURES TMS
The EURES Targeted Mobility Programme (TMS) helps attract labour and facilitate placements by enabling and assisting employers to post their job offers directly on the programme platform, simplifying the process of posting job vacancies, establishing direct links with employers' associations and sectoral associations in different EU countries, and generalising online recruitment systems, Attracting SMEs wishing to recruit from other Member States and supporting low-skilled or disadvantaged people.
An SME recruiting a worker from another country participating in the EURES TMS programme for employment, traineeship or apprenticeship can receive financial support in the form of a lump sum covering the integration costs. This program includes initial training (vocational and/or language) as well as post-placement support (for example, administrative and relocation assistance), to facilitate integration into the new work environment. The amount of this support is determined by the country of destination and the services provided.
Large companies, international organisations (political, economic, social, scientific), as well as public employment services acting as employers (temporary agencies, recruitment agencies, etc.), may also participate in the EURES TMS programme as an employer but without receiving specific financial support from the TMS.
Your company must be able to guarantee a job, apprenticeship or internship in accordance with national labour and social protection laws guaranteeing adequate protection and support.
Please note that jobs and apprenticeships must last at least 6 months and internships at least 3 months. Contracts must be full-time or part-time (not less than 50% FTE).
The EURES TMS programme provides companies and job seekers with assistance, information and financial support to ensure that supply is as close to demand as possible.
It also promotes the competitiveness of companies by increasing the opportunities for recruiting the best profiles in the EU, Iceland and Norway.
Eligible employers include all enterprises and organisations legally established in the EU Member States or in the EFTA/EEA countries (Iceland and Norway), regardless of their economic sector, with particular attention to SMEs.

Mobility activities in an Erasmus project can be outgoing or incoming. The majority of available activities are outbound mobilities, where the candidate organization plays the role of sending organization: it selects participants and sends them to a host organization abroad. In addition, some incoming activities allow the applicant organization to host experts, teachers or educators in training.
The aim of incoming mobilities is not only to promote reciprocal exchanges, but also to attract individuals capable of helping the applicant organization to develop and open up internationally.
