Erasmus +

 

All jobseekers can benefit from a work placement in Europe lasting from 2 days to 12 months, but must meet the following criteria:

 

•  aged 18 and over, with no age limit​

•  with or without a diploma​

•  be unemployed and resident in France​

•  have at least a school level in the language of the host country (or in English for certain countries).​​

 

Objective: acquire new professional skills

•  professional: learning new techniques and work methods​

•  linguistic: immersion in the country and the possibility of taking language courses

•  transversal: adaptability, autonomy, initiative.

Jobseekers, people undergoing social or professional integration and the staff, employees or volunteers who support them can benefit from Erasmus+ mobility.

For the duration of the Erasmus+ mobility, the beneficiary retains his/her France Travail benefits. In the event of RSA or absence of benefits, the beneficiary receives a lump-sum allowance.


They also receive :

•  an Erasmus+ grant for accommodation and transport (and a bonus for using eco-responsible transport)

•  the possibility of tutoring within the host organization.

The FROM1EU2EU project is an initiative led by the Collectif pour un Service Civique Européen, in collaboration with other European partners.

Profile:​

•  Between 18 and 29 years old

•  Interested in going abroad for 6 months

Why do we do it? The aim of the project is to help young people aged 18 to 29 who are NEETs (not in employment, education or training).

How does it work? The project involves training in France, followed by a six-month internship accompanied by mentoring in one of three European countries: Romania, Bulgaria or Poland. ​

 

After your stay: you'll receive ongoing support to help you find your bearings and use your new skills to find a job or continue your studies. 

 

What costs are covered? The experience abroad, support and training before, during and after your stay abroad are fully covered and compensated. 

EURES (TMS)

 

The EURES Targeted Mobility Programme (TMS) aims to support applicants over 18, with priority given to unemployed and vulnerable groups. The investment activities are designed to cover a variety of business sectors, providing financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and equivalent organizations. Conditions of participation include matching supply with labour market demand, and vocational recruitment and placement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates:

•  All applicants seeking employment, an internship or an apprenticeship in an EU Member State, Iceland or Norway other than their country of residence who are: at least 18 years old, nationals of one of the EU Member States and EFTA/EEA countries in accordance with the EEA Agreement (Iceland and Norway) or legally resident in an EU Member State, Iceland or Norway.​​

•  All candidates meeting these criteria are eligible, regardless of their level of qualification, professional experience/training or economic and social situation, provided that they meet the requirements of the labour law of the recruiting country and those of the job offer.​​​

•  Job seekers (including long-term) and generally those with little connection to the labour market should be considered as priority sub-groups.

You can apply to any company or organization based in the EU, Norway or Iceland, regardless of sector or size.

 

The duration of the assignments offered varies: for a job the duration may be indefinite, for an internship the maximum duration is 3 months, and 6 months for an apprenticeship. During your assignment, your travel and removal expenses are covered, and you are also paid, although this varies according to the offer, the country and your level.
